Total War Attilamostly suffers from the fact that there is little unit variation. The campaign mechanics are actually pretty sound, but my god are the Germanic factions boring. Their units dominate the map and make battles incredibly boring because the same tactic can be used to defeat all of these armies. Infatry

Luke have you checked out Rome II’s mod scene? Some fantastic work has been done there, my personal favorite being Divide Et Impera (DEI).

Hell yeah! “Yo boss I’ll play you Gwent for a 10% raise.”

Halo Reach is really good now that I’m thinking about it. It’s a weird thing to praise, but that game’s UI is the slickest I’ve ever seen in a game. That starting splash screen is so good. Bah this game is so good! Emile’s dumb skull face, the soundtrack (specifically the sniper level and the final piano sequence),

Remember when people thought micro-transactions in games were inoffensive and largely arbitrary? This is their natural progression, a feature creep that has poisoned AAA titles and now they’re fucking everywhere and they’re absolutley gross.

Wasteland 2 is not serious. It is fully committed to cheeky dark humor.

I mean you could flesh out your criticisms a bit better.

I don’t think it is that replayable based on what you want. It is a party based game where you can specialize each of your rangers, which theoretically means you can see all of the content in the game in one play through if you diversify your stat allocations successfully. Its still a great turn-based role-playing

The original Wasteland is very hard for people to go back to.

Yup. Interplay and Black Isle.

Its good. You’d be surprised how much of Fallout is directly pulled from the Wasteland series.

Have you played Wasteland 2?

If you have the time and the patience to play the first two I’d recommend it. Seeing the franchise grow with every installment is very telling of how far CD Projekt Red has come and its also just cool to see their game design philosophy evolve. But they are long games so if you can’t afford the time jump into the

Your opinion is garbage.

Go down the list of publication reviews on Metacritic. The only major North American outlet to give it an 80 or above is Gamespot. The reality of these awards is that they will be dictated based on how much buzz they create on the major video game outlets and the biggest tend to be located in North America. Its why so

I mean the press isn’t going to remember them. And as far as greatest jrpg of all time, I doubt any Xenoblade title ranks up there for the sole reason that I can’t remember a single character’s name from the franchise.

The game isn’t getting glowing reviews so I doubt anyone is even going to remember that it was a thing.

I feel like your criticisms are more aptly applied to Fallout than the Witcher. Except Fallout doesn't have any good main story content.

This is a bad take.
