The Third Pedal

Yes, I have.

Ha! This is the first thing that I thought of when I saw the car!

It’s amazing what some nice photos can do.

I got my first car from my grandfather:  a 1969 Impala two door hardtop. I regretfully sold it a few years ago. I couldn’t afford to maintain it the way it should be maintained. I feel bad about selling it every day.

The problem is not Cadillac, but GM itself. GM has been building crap for so long that we, the buying public, don’t expect them to be able to build anything different, no matter how they badge it.

They should offer both. A Camry competitor is needed for volume.

I like the way you think!

The 1957 Chevy Bel Air. What heartless bastard would sneer at that?

They’re just SO cool! I love that generation of Riviera.

You deserve more stars for this. You ARE the expert, right?

I can’t think of a better thing to do with a C7 Corvette. I’m jealous!

Hmmm. I have a kayak. <wheels start to turn>

Because it was faster than hell!

It’s over-rated anyway.

“I don’t think so, Tom.”

You just broke my heart.

I’ve heard that he’s signed up to do a series of fishing specials with Bill Dance.

I’d take a C7 instead. With a manual, of course. It’s not just the manual that throws me, though. I feel about the C8 similarly to how I feel about the ‘new’ NSX. It’s just not for me. This Evora, though, does everything right. It’s hand built too, which is appealing. If I had the cash, I would be interested.

COTD.

I’d buy this rather than a new ‘Vette any day of the week, and twice on Sundays!
