Just call it “Privilege Deconstruction Month” already. Address several birds with one stone, AND avoid making it sound like something the KKK would name their outreach program.

That’s a really good idea, because there is of course more to privilege than just whiteness. It would be great if they’d created a conversation where people could discuss cis and gender privilege, language/literacy privilege, economics etc.....oh well its a start :/
