Angry at the world, combative, defensive-everyone is against them, no one is in their corner, even people who try to help aren’t really trying to help them.”

Terrance Howard is the definition of problematic, but the details of his anecdote (and his disdain of RDJ) has been unwavering since when he first revealed the details. That soet of consistently definitely makes me feel it was unexaggerated truth.

Normally, I’d agree. But I really think the priorities of Johannson’s teams shifted when Disney sent that foolish press release questioning her integrity while attempting to spit-shine theirs.

Right? I’ll be especially disappointed if Evans doesn’t speak up soon.

I agree with all you’ve wrote (BUT) the statement released by Johannson’s attorney yesterday seemed to indicate they do not want arbitration at this point.

I’m ignoring the unnecessary curse at me to admit that’s actually a brilliant idea.

If Princess Irulan is in the sequel, I hope they cast Anya Taylor-Joy.

I’ve always been a fan of Winger, but she ALWAYS comes across as needlessly rude in interviews. She did a WWHL and, while Andy Cohen is the definition of a Messy Queen, she was needlessly dour with him throughout.

Victim blaming is the not-feminist term you're probably thinking of.

I'm not the person you've responded to, but you're response seems needlessly combative.

I absolutely agree with everything you said - especially with regards to Daniela Melchior’s performance. I was expecting Ratcatcher 2 to be a very snarky, hard-bitten character and was happily surprised by how non-douchey she was. Which easily could’ve fallen into cliche if played as a naif - which Melchior did *not*

I remember the first time I saw your byline, as your name immediately reminded me of a ‘Buffy’ reference. I also appreciated the fact that you were open about being the ‘neighborhood gossip’. I know there was some pushback against your snark, but I always enjoyed it. I will always read your articles.  Good luck on your

Dastmalchian really walked away with that scene (in TDKR). When I first saw him in it, I remember thinking he really made you take notice him (especially considering he was playing a non-lead role).

I’m not sure if y’all saw the Laura Dern HBO movie “The Tale”, but there’s a brilliant scene that addresses how young a teenager really looks (whose in a relationship with someone whose much older).

Even if she wins its not going to help small content creators afford to sue DISNEY.”

Agreed. I love that - now that her metaphorical shackles are gone - she’s letting people haaaaave it. She’s ununderstandably brimming with pent-up resentment.

I’m not sure if you’re being serious or facetious, but your statement is the exact reason why myself & Mr. Notorious stopped watching TWD a few years back.

It’s too bad this sequel isn’t able to elevate the premise. I really enjoyed the first movie because (as you mentioned) it was smarter than expected.

Even though Moore’s role in “Queen & Slim” was relatively small, she was quite memorable in it.

Nynaeve al’Meara is one my favorite characters of all time. People focus so much on Rand/Mat/Perrin and (to a lesser extent) Egwene, that I feel like Nynaeve’s character arc is not given enough credit for being truly amazing.
