I by no means agree with Rob Reiner’s thinking with this - but the only thing I can glean is he (Reiner) heard McCarthy post-audition and assumed he (McCarthy) thought he had it in the bag?

The live action version of “Cinderella” was a high point in every imaginable way. And I will love that blue dress forever.

Is anyone a tad let down by the costumes? As much as GOT: Original Recipe varied writing wise, they were always on point with the costume creations.

Its interesting that that others disagree disagree with you and feel that McGregor was a high point of BoP. Because I - and I say this as a fan of McGregor - also thought he was majorly overacting too. I thought Chris Messina did a much more convincing job selling menace and danger as Zzasz.

I have to respectfully disagree. I normally am a fan of McGregor, but thought he was verging into camp with his performance. I was shocked by how offputting it was (to me). Chris Messina did a much more convincing job as Zzasz in selling villainy.
