I came here to say the same thing. What little critique there is about the book seems to serve as a doorway to be vaguely hostile about Manuel.

There’s some bright spots, though. While Scream 3 does the “movie within a movie” trope - Parker Posey was reliably hilarious as the actress cast as Gale. And the film score is really good too.

Without a doubt, Jujubee is a terrific competitor and performer. She was hilarious in her talking heads, fantastic in Snatch Game of Love and (mostly) killed her runways & challenges. So yes, Juju deserved to be in this finale.

I’d hazard that MZB is a non-mention because it has been revealed she and her second husband (Walter Breen) sexually abused their own children for years. Their children came forward with the truth several years ago.

I have a lot of issues with cancel culture - but considering that the accusations against MZB and her husband were proven categorically true - that her being persona non grata is completely for the best.
