Not that it matters, but for a while Brown *was* being lauded as Jackson’s successor. Prior to the Rihanna scandal and his getting a ton of tattoos, his image was seen as squeaky clean. Disneyesque, even.

I’m still upset Josh Holloway wasn’t cast as Hawkeye. He would’ve been perfection - especially if the MCU had written him as the comics-version ladies’ man.

As I stated above, Peele’s chances in making quality horror is definitely higher as he has already shown himself extremely adept in comedy.

I think the dislike heaped on “The Village” is unfair. Its a pretty terrific suspense movie if one isn’t going in with an expectation of it containing supernatural elements.

I also thought of Shyamalan when reading TheUnnumberedOne’s post.
