Thank god I am not your friend.
oh noes. he used the grammatically correct english language gender pronoun when suggesting that people unhappy with the schedule should find another job. “They” while politically correct as of sometime in the last year or so is grammatically incorrect. just wait, next year we will crucify people for using “they” when…
Now the thieves are stealing them from eachother
Maybe there are a few rival Accord gangs out there? I steal yours, you steal mine, I steal yours, etc. It’s an Accord stealing party.
Alright, here’s the difference - other manufacturers use the MSRP as a ceiling. Car X costs $30,000. Can you get it for cheaper? Sure, depending on discounts. But a publication still treats it as though it’s $30,000. Even if nobody is paying that, it’s officially $30,000. And if the price changes, then they report on…
Yeah, that’s kinds been GM’s M.O. for a pretty long time. They do what they want, but don’t actually listen to customers/potential customers and then wonder why things aren’t selling. Pontiac and Saturn are good examples that the recession put the final nail in for GM.
Hey, I own a 5th gen and love it.
not really. the 5th gen cars really just looked like the sketch that kid did years and years ago. i cant remember his name anymore but some guy did a retro camaro design around 2005 that ended up looking pretty damn close to what gm ended up making in 2010. kris horton that was his name.
Some of the biggest complaints against it (hard to see out of) is exactly because they did listen to existing/previous customers.
Dog update: 1 year-old golden doodle “Chewy” treated for minor injuries, doing well.
I actually considered both C1-C2 and C3-C4 as answers too. Ultimately I thought the carryover engines at the beginning of those generations meant the changes were less revolutionary than the LS1 introduction on day 1.
“Why do the Brits drink warm beer? They have Lucas refrigerators!”
Good point, things worked out just fine for Edsel!
No one really criticizes it for how it drives, they criticize it for its looks and how it was derived.
Something along those lines. American rail travel is ridiculously expensive, slow and inconvenient compared to air; all those issues need to be addressed at the highest levels if we’re going to seriously make an effort to get travelers out of planes and onto trains. Because even the most inefficient train is FAR more…
I’d like to talk more about American rail. We should expand, streamline and modernize service. And I think it would be a good idea to create a passenger-only rail system that didn’t rely on such massive hardware.
Yukon XL Denali…the XL ensures you’ll never have the discussion of getting a bigger vehicle ever again.
yeah, it was a good deal, but who want’s to drive a Chrysler from the aughts for life?
Such fragile masculinity on 4 wheels. I bet the owners of those trucks couldn’t define “consent”in a “dating situation” if their lives depended on it.
