Likely several things here but with things getting hot and not working and then working again points to a thermal problem. I remember 80's and 90's GM ignition control modules that would get hot, shut down and kill the spark. By the time AAA arrived, it had cooled down enough to start working again.

I’d argue the Hyundai Kona is the more “funky” cousin of the Niro. No PHEV, but that isn’t listed here as criteria.

Everyone: Last Civic was an over styled gundam wing!

That is one happy circus bear.

Nooooo… mmm… nope. I don’t think it worked. Sorry.

this law feels racially motivated to me.

They’re right to withdraw their recommendation - I’m surprised they gave it to them given the accidents with AutoPilot on (the proven ones, particularly).

The G70 manual was discontinued last year. The demand was just dismal. Genesis: “I told you so”

My DD 2001 Land Cruiser just clicked over 260k. Have owned it for 10 years now and it still drives like a new car. I have a feeling we’re just getting started.

I’m a big fan of family sedans in RallyCross (my son and I are currently running a stock Mazda6).  It can’t ALL be Subarus!

D you upgrade to White Castle sliders as race fuel then?

It’s actually a single turbo... somehow... without the turbo in the valley of the vee... so it would be worth Bradley taking some pictures of the engine bay because it’s going to be an ugly as hell setup.

Holy shit, that was comical. Swerving wildly onto the shoulder *that* long after the BMW made the close pass is the vehicular equivalent to one of those old-school doctor’s techniques where they bonk you on the knee with the little hammer to make you leg kick, but instead, there’s a long delay before some other random

Only if you are on a road course race...

Right?

Here’s the thing.  Big tires?  roof racks?  slight lift?  These are the things that are easily and cheaply solved in the aftermarket.  You know what these models NEED and can’t be provided by the aftermarket?  Transmissions that don’t pull power, overheat and die after 50,000 miles when used off-road.

Yeah, I don’t think the 300 sells well except to fleets.

nope no credit. this is cadillacs 4th rebrand in 16 years. they have no damn brand identity.

I love corporate BS like this. They probable paid hundreds of thousands on consultants, ad agencies, designers etc. To come up with a logo that’s basically the same damn thing and will lead to exactly zero additional car sales.

David, no, not really...
