I went to University in Munich, and, as much as I liked Oktoberfest (I mean, -come ON. I was 17-19. No judging!), Frühlingsfest is better. It’s in the spring, there are far fewer people, and the beer is better. That said, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Munich is such a cool city.

I do a similar recipe, but instead of olive oil (I’m on WW), I use low-fat mayo.  It works really well.  Honestly, my go-to salad dressing is that mayo, lemon juice, salt, and nooch.  It goes on EVERYTHING.

I actually find that heating up vinegar on the stove until it’s not quite at a simmer - but is steaming - is the best way to remove lingering odors.  I’ve never tried it on a sour milk smell, but it’s worth a shot (that, and cleaning the affected area with vinegar).  And I’d wager that the stove gets a bit hotter than…
