I actually think the LFA is quite cool but it is just so insanely expensive for what it is. To me, the car of the 2000s is the R8. It may seem "meh" now but when it came out it was RADICAL looking. Those lights were so freakin' cool (and are now on everything including minivans).

The LFA was a technical marvel... and the technology and build process behind it was nothing short of extraordinary. But It was not the greatest car of the 2000's. The Ford GT was. It sums up the decade perfectly. Retro, affordable, memorable and dominating.
