During the "shot-fest" reception

Last time someone in Notre Dame was cocked that hard, Brady Quinn was still in town.

@Ryan_the_D: I didn't realize you were just referring to game covers, which I don't really consider the only form of "deserved credit". I was just rattling off guys from FL who clearly have gotten praise from the media and public during their time there.

@Ryan_the_D: Yeah, far cry from the days of the ignored Dwayne Wade, Shaquille O'Neal, Miguel Cabrera, Josh Beckett, Dontrelle Willis, Derrick Brooks, Ronde Barber, Warren Sapp, Mike Alstott, Ricky Williams... Wait, what?

@BustingLenin: Inept at... What? Following popular music? Okay. Inept at "life," as is the HILARIOUS insult going around these days? A lot of people don't need the radio to tuck them in at night. With so much potential media out there, how is it "inept" in any way to not make an effort to follow a style or industry

@Reldaw: Running Down a Dream was released a couple months ago, Freefallin' is on LEGO.

I'd kill for a cloud made of pancakes right now. #baconsunrise

@MDog: Song 2's one of the worst victims of good song/bad chart in guitar game history. If that's your weapon of choice, temper the enthusiasm a LOT. #legorockband

@sanman7890: It does not, there's a unique code on a slip in the packaging that you have to use to get the export key.

I realize I'm kinda flooding this post (not quite as much as Norwood, but nonetheless), but I'm loving the irony of the people posting on the internet that they're not narsissistic or egotistical or lazy or any other socially-stigmatic-jab enough... to post on the internet.

For fear of being banned, can I ask NeoAkira to actually make a post rather than simply promoting what are essentially the LifeHacker commenting equivalent of vapid Twitter messages? What is the difference between reading and actively agreeing with the short, personal opinions of those two guys and reading messages

@Mister Eee: If that's the only thing you can come up with to say in 140 characters, the problem's not how interesting your life is, it's how creative you are. My life is bland as hell, but people are amused by my feed, because I make an effort to be if not fascinating, then at least briefly amusing. You're exactly

I have two accounts, one serving as a random news/sports/celeb BS aggreggator that I never message from and only occasionally read, and one friends-only that is essentially a mass-text message-sender to about 15 people simultaniously. I'll stream-of-consciousness vent on that sometimes, but I always try to make it at

I don't even see Boyz II Men on the nostalgia circuit.

@IanC: Those songs are considered "Family Friendly" and are usable in LEGO Rock Band, as well. #rockband

@TheLooseCannon: I imagine it won't be a Best Buy or Walmart scenario, but the problem is how many ONs are part of malls. I only know of one stand-alone in the area, I'm tempted to go to that one if I try for this instead of venturing to either of the closer ones in shopping malls which will assuredly be horrendous.

@smcallah: That kind of stipulation is fine, but it's the only mention of what systems ARE available. It's just not quite clear enough, as the multiple questions about it in this post shows. #blackfriday

@the Midnighter: The fine print says they'll have all three, but it's phrased as a weird "Your system of choice might not be available" warning. #blackfriday

When asked why he spends so much, his reply was, "Because there are no foreclosures." #antoinewalker
