Know the feeling. I wait until that first storm is looming to make the swap and that first nice day in March I swap back. I love the winter tires for what they do, but give me the good tires and wheels for as long as possible.

You can get a 395 nM UV flashlight for like $10. Along with the luggage scale and USB charger, this is one of the items I keep in my luggage. On more than a dozen occasions I’ve had rooms upgraded and extremely quick turnovers when I’ve found glowing results.

You do realize that at 140 mph, pretty much whatever exists within a 1/4 mile “already happened” because by the time you identify and begin to react to anything within that time, you’ve hit it before your action has occurred.
