Local scouts run a container return shed at the Transfer Station. Past few years, we’d fill a large box truck about every 2-3 months. This year, we are about to send the 7th truck for the year and we’ll easily do it again just after New Years.

Having traveled in India, the BEST Indian is from all-veg Gujarat and South Indian based menus. The currys and meat dishes are not really authentic. If you can find a true Gujarati Thali, give it a try.

All I see around me at restaurants are “Server Wanted” signs. With that much competition for help, I can’t imagine anyplace stealing the tips. Servers will simply move on to the next place.
