Uh... MOPAR lift kits have been available at your friendly Jeep dealership for years. They used to be overpriced, though. If these ones do include springs and Fox shocks for about a grand then they are a great deal now.

They are Jeeps.
Considering what people are paying for rusted out, aircooled 911s...this is still stupid.
I always wondered if the stability/traction control on my Volvo really did anything. So first winter after moving to Anchorage, I decided to try it. And my, was I convinced it helps.
If this kills her stunt driver career, she should look into being a test driver for Lyons Motor. She would fit right in with the organization.
Not only did she drive the cars, but all the Vin Diesel fight scenes? Her with make up.
Manufacturers have the exact same incentives as the dealers to upsell extras (I.e. the MOPAR dealer installed accesories) It doesn't matter who owns the store. The one thing that can change is that a Ford owned dealer may very well refuse to take Chevys as trade ins as a way to force brand loyalty.
What would it fix? I don't have a problem with manufacturer owned dealers, but it won't do shit to fix the current car selling system (a system that mostly works but it is a royal pain in the ass) It certainly will not lead to lower prices. A manufacturer will not be able to adjust prices for different local markets,…
Back in the mid 90's when in lived in Caracas I took in my car to have it serviced. I can't remember what it was, oil change, and something else. But the car was running fine. Mind you this car had a very finicky carburetor which most mechanics couldn't adjust. But this particular shop had one mechanic -a Colombian…
You do realize that not only does Apple set premium prices for their products at their stores, they also make retailers sell at those prices. Apple even penalizes retailers that dare advertise Apple products below msrp.
So you still have dealers, but you also have manufacturers control the prices and this somehow will result in manufacturers setting lower prices? Because... America?
How does going from an independent dealer to a manufacturer monopoly help? The problem with the dealer system (which is equivalent to how most retail works, by the way. Manufacturers make stuff, retailers/dealers sell them to conusmers) The problem is that haggling has somehow become part of the system and people…
Came here to post an A110. Not disappointed someone beat me to it.
I know they’d only sell like three of them -if any- but please Rolls Royce make that your SUV, with the sedan body. You can take the wing off.
I truly expected Torchinsky to be involved.
That was the missing step:
Step 1. Take a Veloster, make it 4wd.
if Mercedes had a sense if humor they'd put a lift kit and MT tires on an AMG GT
A tent doesn't replace a topper when you want to keep cargo out of the rain while you drive. A lot of toppers on pickups are used for that purpose and to prevent people from stealing your cargo. A tent won't work for that -neither will Torchinsky's idea for that matter.
