The employees in question were also black according to one of the guys who had the cops called on him. He posted on his Facebook page about it.

I don’t know about human rights legislation in the VA but mental illness is often a prohibited grounds for discrimination. CVS offering counselling and retraining to this employee might be a butt covering move on their part.

Mental illness is generally covered under anti discrimination legislation.
