I just can’t view it like that or waste a second of my time being angry about such a thing. They really are a tiny team working on one of the biggest things a small company shouldn’t have undertaken. All of those “lies” were stated in pre-release while the game was still in development, and as any long time gamer…

But no matter how many critters do I send to the Mother Base, the number of them in the petting zoo remains the same, odd.

I think that’s exaggerated, but I’m fine with getting the explanation of how Big Boss survived and why another Boss appeared in MG2. Would I have preferred more? Yes. But if more is not coming then I’m fine with that.

I was fully satisfied with just playing the (amazing) game with its near-perfect MGS gameplay. I’m fine with the way the story turned out and that we got to at least see a summary of mission 51 which tied up a few other loose ends. I’ll just have to go back to MGS4 for a dose of wacky cutscenes when that’s needed.

They’re not the ‘priviliged elite’. In the first game you find people who were forced to get the augments by employers, many are barely able to afford the deliberate monopoly selling of Neuropozyne, and others became psychologically dependent on getting upgraded or taking the drug.

Any one with a 3D printer and good eye for design can make a hoax device these days. Just look at that NX leak from a few months ago.
