Bungie can also tell how many times it was done and on what challenge, so they could have just taken those credits away or prevented them from earning for a couple of weeks. But no, Bungie just pissed off a bunch of people and will be missing out on some DLC money.

The banhammer is pretty harsh. I got my credits reset, when Bungie can easily A) patch their network so it doesn't happen and B) reset the exact number of credits.

It's a videogame system. The dash needs to be optimized, that's it. Why the hell doesn't MS invest in more first-party support? Where's MechWarrior? Crimson Skies? New IPs?
