I actually bought the first three books in her series as eBooks, and only bought Breaking Dawn in hardback because I was going on a trip that weekend. (with no power for lappy)

Wish I had had this list two nights ago. We were playing a game and I was sooo bad that night...

I usually just take tabs from ultimate-guitar.com as Spnkr mentions, and then open the song up with audacity, and slow it down to whatever speed I want. You have to either own a copy of the song or go download one, (torrents?) but it works well because you can play along with the artist singing, the drums, the other

I like 5, and it would have been helpful to have had a year ago... but at this point I've already manually added the birthdays for most of the friends I'd actually wish a happy birthday to, along with any family members of the really important friends.

As nice as the Lightning at Sunset photo was (and yes, it's my wallpaper right now) these 15 aren't all that exciting. Cool photography, yea... but anyway...

@eaglestrike7339: I can. I hate office 2007. Then again, my copy of 2003 was paid for, so...

@Aristeia: If I can find somewhere to stash it, I still have the installer for that ToneShop program, so I still use Audacity for my ringtones. :)

I still say it's easy enough to just type an ftp address into windows explorer, but I suppose that's not as feature-filled as most people want.

At last! Thanks for finding this, Adam!

VOTE: Windows Explorer

Wait.... wow.... It did fix the lag on my keyboard! I still end up hitting the "b" and "n" when I go for the spacebar from time to time, but I don't think this thing has ever kept up with my typing before...

Pardon me but, wasn't 2.0.1 supposed to fix that typing lag? Ahh, what do I know, I'm just some unsuspecting idiot who paid for Apple's product...

@BloggyMcBlogBlog: Well, assuming their servers stay up and Apple doesn't try any legal action, there'll still be a good 100,000+ of us with the app. (That is, if they don't use that "malicious app" thing on us...)

Well I knew about the time thing, but I've never thought to click anything else. Thanks for finding this :)

@n00b f. nation: netshare came back onto mine just fine after I restored from a backup.

I remember something like this... Ah ha, there it is. Seems lifehacker already mentioned a similar tool.

Last time I had to get an .exe to someone, I did as jarhead mentions and put it on my server. Regardless, it's very simple to just send the file to someone and then pick up the phone and CALL THEM to let them know you sent it.

I hate to agree with chrisgeleven, because I do rather dislike waiting forever for it to sync, but being a programmer I have this little voice in my head that keeps saying:

@cipotefello: Try putting some of those songs into pandora.com, and you'll find out. I tried it out as the new iPhone/iTouch app when it came out, and by the end of the weekend I had spent about $50 on new music...

I like to use this to control what does and doesn't make its way onto my iPhone, but it doesn't seem to help me much with playlists. If I want certain songs to not be in a playlist, I either make additional rules for it to match, or I just create a static playlist. Smart playlists are only as smart as you make them.
