I use iTunes Hotkeys, which is also a tiny program that does the job. Only differences are:

@Yoder: Actually, last time it was a registry hack, but yes, pretty much the same thing. There is one big difference though. The registry hack can screw up IE, and not for the best.

This is indeed a great new feature to µTorrent. I'm a little disappointed with it, because they've got quite a few things in the WebUI already, but they haven't made any code for those things to work.
