Season 2 may be fine, but I very much doubt Season 3 will exist. Similarly, I’m betting Titans, Doom Patrol, Superman & Lois, and Stargirl wrap things up with their next seasons. Betting all four will have ended by the end of 2023. 

They cancelled “Chad” literally on the premiere date of its 2nd season. Unless Gunn has some type of fancy and sparkled legal document saying he gets a 2nd season that will air, I wouldn’t trust a single thing Discovery told me.

I’m sure Batgirl’s directors thought it was safe too.
