How dare you say such things about hipster Gimli.
How dare you say such things about hipster Gimli.
He looks like Matt Gaetz went into Witness Protection 😂
I hate everything about that man’s appearance. I can’t find one non-terrible thing.
It’s almost like one of their contractors started working it but never followed through.
They both need to pick one hair color and stick with it.
The trailer for the 355 makes me so mad. You get these actresses together and THIS is the material you give them? The most hackneyed and cliched garbage? I swear, I’ve already seen this exact same movie multiple times over the last few years. Who keeps letting Simon Kindberg make movies?
It starts to late in the year - I’d be surprised if more than one episode had aired before they put together their ballots. It’s a reason I hate seeing year end stuff before the year is actually over.
Why doesn’t The Expanse get more love? It’s so, so great
Sad lament for The Expanse: it could never catch a break on these end-of-the-year lists because its seasons largely began in mid-December and ran into February (at its longest). It was always either too early to include, or too old to remember. Don’t know where this final arc will land within the show's run. I think…
I share your disappointment and fear your Most Overrated. ;)
Biggest Disappointment: Not to include Ignatiy
IV has been reviewing all those C- films all year for you, and this could’ve been the opportunity to show his favorites.
Can’t really argue with most of these, although the number one is surprising. I very much enjoyed The French Dispatch, but it’s outside my top 25 of the year, and is at best in the middle of my personal Wes Anderson rankings. Maybe it’s just because we’ve been so spoiled for movies. 2021 has been an amazing film year.…
Nowadays?
if only there had been appropriately sized police response (by the local police, any state’s national guard, the military, ANYONE) to thousands of angry dipshits storming the Capitol, fueled by t***p’s farts and the sense of invulnerability that being part of a large mob gives some people, we wouldn’t need to rely on…
Every single motherfucker who breached the building should have been shot on the spot. Anyone on the steps should be tried for treason and spend the rest of their lives behind bars.
I think since Dune is long and very serious, Momoa’s liveliness and sense of having fun (in the Han Solo role) stands out.
Love the appreciation for Jason Momoa in Dune. The movie was gorgeous to look at, and I generally enjoyed it as a fan of the book ... BUT, every character in that movie besides Duncan was so f’ing SERIOUS! My cousin asked me what I thought of the movie and my immediate takeaway was “very dry and serious but damn…
Except the finding out part has often been up to weeks...WEEKS...of incarceration.
“And they call me slime!”
That was a really underrated show.
