Rickception sounds better, but Inceptroll has “troll” in it, so that’s pretty good.

I follow this, although it still sounds like a form of timing (admittedly with a small portion of your investments).
The fact that you’re aware that it’s not a good way to handle money says a lot (of good things) about you.
He’s referring to not being able to afford daycare costs on half of their income. Pretty different.
I think that the thinking is that if one parent loses a job, they may switch to stay-at-home. We’ve been pretty aggressively cutting costs to avoid this, if it came to that, but we’re also not there, yet.
So, you’re timing the market. How do you know it will get to your level? Most data shows that the best time to put money in the market is when you have it.
You mean that it’s redundant, I think. Not that you’re wrong about their weakness, but an oxymoron would be “baby strong”
I think we’re looking somewhere between 200,000 and 4 million years, here. Things are worse than you thought!
I’m pretty sure leasing is a really expensive way to have a phone.
You’re making an assumption with buying outright that you can’t sell it later. In addition, typically, a subsidized phone includes fees throughout the contract to pay the rest of the $800 that you’ve mentioned.
I never said you have a lease. I noted that you act the same way as people who have a lease (pay a small amount upfront, use phone for two years, turn it in, repeat), but I really don’t mean that in a bad way. I’m just noting the similarities between the actual results.
Do you really pay a flat $50/month? Serious question, not being snarky.
It doesn’t really sound like you own it, if you’re “buying” it for $250, then making payments on it for a couple of years and then giving it back.
You mean a poem that was original published in The Youth’s Companion?
In all seriousness, Hillary will probably lock down the democratic nomination, at which point, it will be of greater interest to buyers. If she wins the election, you could sell it to people who are interested in the third Clinton inauguration. I say this without comment on the politics, just so that you know that…
a small but delicious difference.
I’m with you!
Well, yes, but the movie was rewritten in the intervening four years after he died.
My wife and I were in a raw milk coop for about four years. We liked how fresh the milk was, but she couldn’t drink it raw. She always got some lower digestive discomfort (if you know what I mean). We always had to microwave it for drinking. Largely speaking, we were using it for cheese.
I thought the movie was fine, too. I would have watched a sequel, but I still think that the “So Long and Thanks for All the Fish” song was a step above the rest of it. It grabbed the spirit of tHHGttG and soared! It was original, different, and fit perfectly with the older material.
