That was a big part of my inspiration for my reply! 100% on board with that!

I think your reasoning is some of the best grit reasoning I've seen, but what about the opposite. A world where it's crazy off the wall, full of heroes (some really dark and gritty, some Plastic Man). Not overly concerned with everything coming into line. Just an idea of a broad world where there's not just one…
How about a merging of a few of these. A big weird world where it's apparent that there are lots on heroes, everywhere. Lots of little fan moments for the comic fans, a sense of awe and difference from our world, to actually make it a universe.
I guess it takes different strokes.
Now you're just being ridiculous. The spider would clearly have to web a small sac of air and bring it along.
Sometimes it's nice to share something that you enjoy if you think someone else will like it too. Or, if you think that the other person will have insights that you'll enjoy.
Definitely worth trying, though!
Be fair to yourself, 35 year-olds' eggs are usually still in the fertile zone and there are a lot of things in life other than career. Careers get played up, because they take a lot of time.
They sometimes take Harbor Freight coupons? That's huge!
I'd investigate your claim that virtually all companies offer the more traditional benefits that we're discussing. Further, each benefit that we've mentioned is beneficial to the company, as it keeps employees capable of going to work. Obviously, freezing eggs would do the same thing.
Oh, I can totally answer this, because I heard a news story this morning. Here goes: fertilizing frozen eggs has only recently become successful. The success rates, however are at best around 1-in-5. The odds of a healthy baby are increased over older eggs, but the odds of conception are decreased over having…
She's electively using her posture to minimize her impact. Appearing small is camouflage.
The problem with your argument is that they are not publicizing their dental plan, the specific health plan, whether they subsidize gym memberships, and a number of other benefits.
Why did artist Jonathan Crow decide to top the head of each US vice president with a watercolor cephalopod? Because it's
funnyamazing!.
Sort of a minor note: frozen eggs' viability depends on inserting sperm directly into the egg. This could lead to selection of individual characteristics in the sperm. One can't presume the consequences of that.
That is what they're encouraging. However, it also means that they're tacitly discouraging starting a family at that time, even if it is their employees' desire. The advertisement of the benefit creates an attitude that an employee is irresponsible or ungrateful if they decline the benefit. Other companies quietly…
Part of the issue is that they're publicizing the offer. A number of other companies quietly offer this benefit. Publicizing it is a way of pressuring employees to use it.
You and your wife are getting to an age where you are going to take control of your lives. People will try to marginalize you, but you're not wrong.
I guess that it's fair to have trade secrets. I don't know enough about salts beyond their role as reaction products and their solubility. Gotta take it to the Chemists!
That's pretty cool. I'm wondering how the binding will be done. I'm used to water based binding, but in space, that just won't work. Maybe a thermally activated polymer...
