While I wish we would develop our passenger rail system, the US has the most sophisticated and best developed freight rail system in the world. This is sort of where the conflict begins. We are wary about compromising the efficiency of that system. It's a funny dichotomy.

I would say that the exception on the Hulk is in the Old Man Logan future storyline. The hulk gang was pretty fun, especially Bruce!
