The 2 images in the tweets from the article aren’t too bad. The image of her at the top...ugh. Shorts are weird - I agree, tights would have been better if they’re trying to avoid upskirt stuff. Adora just looks so much better overall. The torso for She-Ra specifically just looks...odd.

I picked it up when it was new, and it was so buggy I gave up on it. I still intend to get back to it, but I just haven’t had it in me to start it over again with my current gigantic backlog.

What 12 years at NASA has taught me that the simpliest answer to things like this tends to be “there wasn’t a requirement for it.” There are a variety of things that make it more technically challenging, requiring more mass to accomodate, etc., but the easiest answer is there wasn’t a requirement written.

This. Joe Quesada at Marvel and Dan Didio at DC have been the biggest culprits of stuff like this. Bringing back Barry Allen after 20 years was ridiculous.
