It's probably my favorite nuts-and-bolts romanticism-free take on journalism. You get a real feel for how the grind has changed Sarsgaard and how Christiansen has become a star by avoiding that same force but it all comes down to those little unavoidable, niggling truths in a really interesting way. I'm a big fan.

Too true.

I think you can criticize why they're not taking an active role. They're the fucking Justice League! They're the most powerful people on Earth and some of them are the most powerful in the DC Universe! When I think of the characters who should do everything to save life and the planet, I think of them! It doesn't

What villains did they fight? Do you mean when they sat around while Luther murdered people in Forever Evil? Do you mean when they all got possessed and beat the hell out of each other for 2 or 3 issues? Are you talking about when they all had to fight a Amazo virus infected Batman? It keeps happening, over and over

All things considered, that's a great way to come back to life.

I would say Grayson and Batman are much, much better than Justice League.

Klaus was really good. It definitely feels like All Star Santa Claus and it's nice to see Morrison writing a story seemingly focused on the power of decency and human goodness. I loved it.

Are all the other superhero books you're reading made of actual garbage?

You know, I think there was something with Galactus maybe in FF but I don't remember the details at all.

You say that like it was a bad thing.

It's pretty good. I'd say if you liked his Moon Knight, give it a shot.

Remender's never quite ascended to the heights of Uncanny X-Force since it came out and I don't know that he would have been the right fit for the whole X-Men team. He prospers when he can focus on a couple key characters and really build plots around what makes them tick and, while I can imagine a world where he

I read Roulette and Born Again back to back a couple nights ago and that's where I got confused.

His Animal Man was pretty great. When he does straight-up-superheroics, he can be a bit all over the map.

You're right. I think it's in "Roulette."

I read it when it came out. I mostly just remember him sitting on the bed with blood on his hands. Believe it or not, I, like most humans, could be wrong.

It might also be in Man Without Fear but he does hit Matt in Born Again. It's shown in flashback but that flashback might have been expanded on in Man Without Fear.

HOLY SHIT MIDNIGHTER #6 WAS SO GOOD THOUGH AGH!

But there's only one Strong Guy!

The writers themselves seem to be not even trying to avoid those accusations. It's weird how much that conflict is directly addressed in Extraordinary.
