To who, though? I can’t really imagine a person who authentically cares about and understands the struggle for gender equality in this society flipping out about hypocrisy if a woman opposed selective service registration for the kinds of reasons people are listing here.
Eh, the rest of society doesn’t really support this. Women are slightly more than half the population, and account for an even higher percentage of victims there than they do in the military.
This isn’t how statistics work, though. Men make up a significantly lower proportion of victims than they do of the military a whole, which means women are still far more *likely* to be victimized.
