As an alum, I want to be clear. The campus isn’t allowing anything. The state lege is and the campus has fought it all along but as a state school, has run out of options to prevent it. Profs have resigned over it.

The main problem with your argument is this: You may not be able to open a restaurant, but you can cook and prepare your own food. Hell you can make as much food as you want!! So this guy cant open an auto shop on his driveway, but he should be able to work on his own cars there.
