This is another point people don’t realize, multi-car accidents max insurance policies all the time. But in most multi-car’s, a ‘liability train’ occurs. Example: I was rear-ended by a car several years ago, the car that rear-ended me was then rear ended due to negligence of another driver, then that said driver was

No, because your choice of insurance is an assumed risk (IE, you are willfully accepting that you could be liable for costs far and above your coverage limits. I think most Binders state this when you accept the policy)

No. Super Cars like that are typically covered by Umbrella policies.

I know in cases of medical expenses, individuals have sued for un-covered medial expenses after insurance maximums are reached. I don’t see why this couldn’t be applied to property loss.

At least in Texas, and certain other states, all 30-60 policies come with some sort of Property Damage liability built in. In texas it’s 25k minimum, in California it’s 5k.

It’s also to cover personal liability, civil suits can be raised to recover losses not covered by insurance. In this case, the R8 owner could feasibly sue the Mustang owner for the remaining $150k not covered by the insurance.

It’s not just for 100k+ vehicles, the average transaction price of a new car purchase is in the 35k range, which is way above even Texas’s high 25k property damage minimum. (California’s minimum for property damage is.....$5000)

Even my F150 if taken out by someone with the Texas Minimum would cause me to lose about

This is why you have underinsured motorist coverage. If you have a brand new 40k car, and a dude with minium 30-60 totals you, you’re out money.

Insurance minimums should really be raised to match with current vehicle list prices.

CP, I love this gen of S4, but those engines are just time bombs.

But an LS swap........Hmmmmm

The Viper as we know it now will die with this. They cannot make it anymore not because they’re not selling well. But starting 2018, all cars have to have Curtain air bags, and there is literally no way for engineers to make them work in the cramped cabin of the Viper.

I’m sure the nameplate will return, but it will

What’s so great about this clip, if you watch it. Just behind Edwards/Logano is Johnson/Keselowski. Kes gets the same run on Johnson and Johnson blocks, the difference is both of them realize it’s stupid to push onto the yellow paint and go back up the track. Whereas Edwards just kept diving.

Thought, I think Logano

Jeep Cherokee/Grand Cherokee would like words with you, preferably at the top of a mountain.

I haven’t bought a nintendo console since the n64, i had a passing fancy with an Advance SP and a 3DS. I’ve desired a Wii U for a while, but just can’t justify it given my limited gaming time.

Nothing in this trailer makes me want this. It seems like they’ve compromised console performance for the sake of getting rid

I was this guy.

I had a 1971 Ford Torino GT and loved to talk about it. I would finish all my work in class then sit and read Hot Rod Magazine, I would constantly talk about all I Wanted to do the car, if only I could get a job (this was 2008 just as the recession was about to hit) to buy parts.

I still own the car,

It might be out of the way, but damn if it isn’t fun to blast down it on a motorcycle. I’ve ridden my bike down there twice to COTA and that highway has saved a lot of time and hassle.

In response to the Seafoam story:

THIS IS WHAT SEAFOAM IS DESIGNED TO DO!

All that shit was caked on hard parts in your engine, the seafoam cleaned it all off, and subsequently it clogged the filter screen (Again, it’s designed to do this to keep the particles from clogging oil passages) That shop that cleaned the

That’s the worst location for a Dyno in a garage i’ve ever seen.

I see you’ve decided to use the ‘12 year old Xbox Live’ defense.

These work great for a situation like yours. I once tried to use one of these to repair a friends tire at our deer lease. He ha driven over a rock and it had punctured and slightly torn the hole in the tire. So the plug didn’t work. If you have a perfectly round puncture, these are great. If the hole has ripped from
