To follow up, we had some family in town last weekend and did both rooms at The Rabbit Hole thanks to your suggestion. They were incredibly well done. Thanks again for the rec!

WHAT. I need to visit London!! My brother and loved that show as kids with OG host Richard O’Brien.

What on earth do you do for a living that you know the escape rooms in every major city?

Crystal Maze, like the game show??

If you’re ever in Baton Rouge, LA, The 13th Gate does some very good work. I haven’t done the escape rooms but, their haunted house is top tier. From what I’ve heard the escape rooms are just as good as the haunted house so it’s definitely worth looking in to.

I live in Seattle, and we’ve finished up the Seattle Escape Games rooms, so Locurio was what we were considering trying out next, glad to hear they’re solid!

Have done Locurio’s Storyteller and all three of Palace Games’s and can confirm they’re all excellent. Thanks so much for the Lab rat recommendation, gonna hit that up ASAP!

Any suggestions for the St. Louis area?

A few friends and I did The Vanishing Act from Locurio and it’s the only escape room I’ve done (so I don’t have any point of comparison) but we all had a blast!

I live right by Louisville CO and will check out the Rabbit Hole. Thanks for the rec.

I’m a big fan of San Francisco’s Palace Games. The rooms are all very mechanically complex, complete with light-up floors and walls that suddenly swing open to reveal more rooms. It’s all very elaborate and well done, and requires more teamwork than just “let’s split up and tackle these different puzzles

Fans really think they have some sort of impact on a game, and aren’t loud and annoying distractions.

Braves fan who hates the chop as well here, mainly because I’m a Gator. You poorly stole something from that college team out in Tallawhatchamacallit.  Then really really pooped the bed in your own stadium no less.

Yep, me too. It’s not only offensive but it’s been horrible luck.

One guy on my FB feed got mad about the decision to reduce the Chop, or whatever. Followed by a bunch of highly predictable comments like “cowards!” and “geez, everyone is so easily offended these days!”

I’m not a Braves fan, but live in the Atlanta area and go to a game or two a year. Took my family to a game this season and when the first chop started, my 10-year old just squinted and kind of gave the whole stadium the side-eye.

Not alone.

Co-signed.

Seconded.

So the Deadspin approved narrative is that we hate England because....why?
