And all DUIs are Anheiser Busch’s fault. What a fucking moronic train of thought.

I’m not an orthopedic MD, so maybe I’m very wrong here, but wouldn’t all the stress and jostling from riding severely hinder the ability of the leg to heal properly? Also, every bump must be painful, when I broke an ankle the vibrations from riding hurt even after 4 months in a cast.

As a garage tinker working on CL wrecks of the two and four wheeled variety, I learned very quickly that cheap vehicles are often cheap and non-running because they have electrical issues. I also learned that many shade tree mechanics are not licensed electricians. Cheap vehicle with oil/gasoline/brake fluid/power

It’s a fucking Saturn. CP

If you find an actual crack pipe in the car, does that make it a NP? Crack pipes aside, 900 is well into fuck it territory, it’s a NP for somebody.

I bought a non-running motorcycle and got it running with parts from eBay for less than 0.35 iPhone X’s, and purchased a running Saturn Ion (for reckless winter hoonage) for 0.2 iPhone X’s. I’m sure both of these brought me more joy than an iPhone X ever could.

Used for a first bike always. The only thing that matters is do you actually want to ride a motorcycle after you actually own one. The amount of top level Harleys that are for sale that are two years old with “only 1,200 miles!!!” seems to indicate a large number of people buy a bike and realize riding isn’t for them.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Im actually impressed with some of these. The street rod is the only Harley I would personally purchase right now, but good for them for moving in the right direction.

I welcome our new robot overlords. Has to be better than Trump’s Amerika TM

The Elio is certainly less safe than any larger, 4 wheeled vehicle on the road. In many cases where a crash could occur I’ll take maneuverability and power over some flimsy sheet metal and a tarted up go-cart engine.

I would say the Elio is more dangerous than a motorcycle, due to limited power and much decreased maneuverability. A motorcycle can use agileness and speed to escape dangerous situations the Elio cannot.

What she did more or less amounts to catfishing; she misrepresented herself to the point that the only way to continue the lie was to spend crazy amounts of money to go on a first date with the poor guy, creating insane amounts of internal resentment when the guy clearly wasn’t “feeling it” after the date and she was

NP, IFFFFFF they have all the maintenance records and it is up to date. Otherwise ain’t nobody got time fo dat.

Bingo. Most of the “Ill buy this collectible car and cash in a decade or two when it’s super desirable” crowd would be better off throwing that money in low risk investments instead.

Chalk up another victim of the “I’ll but this ‘rare’ limited edition car and then never drive it so I can sell it for a profit later” fever.

This doesn’t really make sense to me, as it is much too large and top heavy to be any good on the track, and most people would not spend $85k on an off-road vehicle. It’s pretty much just a really fast grocery getter/kid hauler; how many moms want to drag race at the stop light after picking up their organic kale

True, to an extent, for a very small subset of the science/engineering population. I am a scientist, and work with hundreds of scientists; maybe 1 or 2 are like this. Typically they are very intelligent, but have never developed any interpersonal skills, so they come off almost robot like in the way they seem to treat

A lot of people will vote NP because their nostalgia of the good ole days is going to shield them from the reality of what this car is: a clean example of a good car, many were utterly ruined with fart cans and shoddily installed body kits a long time ago, but at the end of the day it’s an underpowered overpriced

I drive relatively fast compared to the other commuters in my area (probably faster than 90% of drivers) on my 30 mile interstate commute, and thus spend a fair amount of time passing slower traffic in the left lane. There have been multiple times where I have deemed it would be safer for me to maintain my lane and

This is partly why every time I see traffic coming to a stop in front of me, I throw my hazards on before I am braking significantly. People not paying attention are more likely to react quickly to something out of the ordinary (flashing orange lights), than to something that requires alertness to determine level of
