We don’t hate Schumacher, we hate Batman and Robin, and are annoyed by Batman Forever. But it wasn’t really his fault, the studio wanted it to be more lighthearted and family friendly. Hate Schumacher? On the contrary, how could we ever hate the man who gave us Lost Boys?

I’m getting to the place where I’ll believe there’s a Star Wars movie actually happening the week after it’s released in theaters.

UGH. I felt soooooo bad for Sara after that liver came out raw. To really twist the knife, it sounded like she would have won it all if it hadn’t been for that course too. She’s got such a great attitude that I’m sure she’s fine, but man, I’d be sick about this for a long time if it were me.

Pit-Pat

It's going to be difficult for him to enter a plea because every time he starts talking he falls backwards into a display rack full of thimbles.

I’m looking forward to “Best in Whoa”, the competitive Joey Lawrence impersonation show.

It could be, like some of the HBO Max shows, that they’re going to license them to other services to make more money that way.

Meanwhile, people who are me are already dreading weeks of hype/anti-hype/hot takes, and are perfectly content to not really spend much time thinking about this movie until they see it, and then they’ll discuss it for a bit, and then they’ll move on to more important things.

Damn, if the people who are paid to post positive reactions to movies on twitter are saying it’s good then it’s gotta be so good it makes your dick fly off.

The reference to masturbating is sort of ironic, because “this thing I’m watching is too smart for them” is one of the most masturbatory things you can say.

I think shipping fictional characters is also weird, personally. It’s one of the ways people get very unhealthy about being a fan of something.

What a bunch of thin-skinned babies. I support their cause, but the idea that the script for a Netflix Addams Family revival is so sacrosanct that the star should be shamed for altering it is stupid. Writers are important, but bad writing exists.

This thread is interesting to me because as I see it, they’re not real characters. I haven’t watched the show in so long that I’ve only seen the oldest three episodes listed here.

Kinda ironic that flashing people is the one crime Ezra Miller hasn’t been accused of.

Great whatever, just give me wedge in a rogue squadron show already damn it.

Remember when the Mandolorian first came out, and everyone LIKED that it was just a standalone story of characters outside the very small world typical Star Wars events?

What! Only a passing mention for Jimmy James.

According to several idiots with mask on Youtube she is going to be fired and tried at the Hague any day now.  Of course they have been saying that for 6 years but I am sure they will be right this time

I’d go further and say Mario and Luigi are really Japanese video game characters based on Italian stereotypes. It doesn’t really matter the race or ethnic background of the people voicing these characters. But to Leguizamo’s point, in general it’s good to have a diverse representation.

It’s too bad they didn’t start with the Ted Kord Blue Beetle. The parallels to the MCU Tony Stark/Peter Parker are all there with Ted and Jaime.
At least it looks like they’re using all of Kord’s tech in this. I never thought I’d see a movie where George Lopez is flying Blue Beetle’s Bug.
