My wife drinks alcohol before sleep & she seldom dreams. However she does sleepwalk frequently when she’s had an alcohol nightcap. Meanwhile, i had decades of before-sleep pot smoking and i regularly had some of the most vivid, peaceful dreams of anyone i know. I don’t know what that means, just saying.

I Smoked pot HEAVILY (especially before sleep) for a decade and had vivid memorable dreams pretty much every night. In fact i found the opposite effect. Also i almost never had a nightmare- without marijuana before sleep the odds of me having a stressful dream or nightmare skyrocket. Just saying... makes me call BS on…
