What I find most humourous about this recommendation is that there are states not requiring motorcycle helmets, why would they require bicycle helmets?

The hammers comparison really blew my mind, I feel like it says a lot about currency and bartering and the societal value we place on wealth. Plus the mental image of opening a garage and seeing a huge pile of hammers is hilarious, like the storage unit in breaking bad, but with hammers.
