I'd like to know the difference between only thinking you're trans versus actually being trans, since it's basically about how you see yourself. I mean, who's job is it to tell you you're wrong? (Murder pits aside.)

Yeah, not to mention that movie is like the Kirk-Uhura kiss by now.

Sort of answered your own question … the person is a creator of a show about a transwoman. What do you have against equality anyway?

"At 16 songs and 72 minutes, Del Rey’s latest studio effort, Lust For Life, still feels like it could have used an editor."

"Wren delivers a climactic speech to this effect, scolding the West for its apathy"

At one point in the documentary he discusses the levees using an absurdly tiny model.

If he were a more skillful (and self-aware) memoirist he would find something interesting to say.

Would love to hear him cover some Tom Waits material.

When she turned into the yellow bastard during the lap dance it was particularly creepy.

I hope a lot of these end title songs will be available on the soundtrack.

I thought that was a nice little nod to the time in a bottle sequence from the X-Men flick (forgot which one that was.)

I'm familiar with way too many of those drugs.

Intriguing but I find much of the dialogue painfully exposition-heavy. I expect most of the speeches to begin with "as you know …" or something. It's all quite on the nose.

That'll only make it worse. Maybe some 'shrooms.
