Only one way to take it out of the rotation
Don’t feel too bad, MTV. An error like this...it’s not unusual. It happens every day. No matter what you say. You find it happens all the time.
I’ve said it before: For my own sanity I choose to believe that certain writers at Gawker, Jezebel and (unfortunately) io9 are highly skilled professional trolls that sit behind their desks cackling with diabolical glee, high fiving one another over how hard they can get their audience riled up with their scheming…
Too true...
Also, lest we forget, Arya was about to run head first into her own death until Yoren snatched her, explained to her how to survive outside (pretend to be a boy because she was still a kid and could pull that ruse off, unlike Sansa), and carts her out of King’s Landing.
Am I the only one for whom the prospect of Liefeld commentary makes me less likely to buy this?
Where the fuck is Vision? That should definitely be up for something.
Cloak and Dagger has been successful?
Kratos was never a character I really felt good about inhabiting. He was kind of an asshole and all he did was shout and murder stuff.
We’ve seen tiny little bits of Hideki Anno and Shinji Higuchi’s Shin Godzilla (aka Godzilla Resurgence)—including…
One thing they’ve done to Black Panther that I really like, and it’s a super subtle thing, is his ears point back when he’s in battle mode. Like a cat when it’s attacking. It looks so cool and it no longer reads like batman in silhouette.
Step one and only to not writing Black Panther wrong: don’t write him like Tony Stark, Namor, Batman, or “just some unflappable African King.”
I do think it’s funny how with so many franchises, we blame the suits for interfering when something goes wrong, but when WB/DC is like “nah, we’re good, we trust the director’s vision” we’re all like “no, interfere, interfere!”
Daredevil may have failed in a lot of ways, but it did successfully Wake Me Up Inside.
LOVE that cover!
Yeah, the point I was making was the double-standard of how people react to the castings of, say, Spider-man or Danny Rand vs. how people are reacting to Colleen Wing. Suddenly, being faithful to the original story and character is an non-issue.
Imma let you finish, but first I gotta say that oz4 really schooled you in this round. Actual money coming, over time, is far more important of an indicator of financial strength than wealth that may or may not be liquidated into the actual money it is “valued” at. Haven’t you seen a house not sell for what it’s…
Yet here you are.
It’s not often you come across a real-life mad scientist. They’re usually just over-the-top antagonists in comic…
