All it requires is time and the ability to lie.

This is awesome. I have an old bookcase that I picked up when random neighbors moved out of an apartment next to mine. It uses little wooden pegs to hold itself together and is my favorite book shelf by far.

Eberron and Dark Sun are two of my favorites as well. I also really like Dragonlance because it captures the exact opposite of what I don't like about FR. FR always felt like the setting where level 25 badasses were everywhere and the most important characters in the world. Dragonlance is all about level 8-11

opps.

I am here to support the D&D post, but man I could never get into FR.

It is kind of neat, but it loses a lot of the sense of scale. The Celtic loans within English are incredibly tiny and I know of no credible linguist that would imply English "dates back to Celtic." It would be the same as saying it dates back from Mesopotamia because it contains the word cuneiform. Pretty neat

When I was a child, my family went to Florida. I just happened to follow a group of people I saw high tailing it to the beach and discovered a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach. It was breathtakingly awesome.

No. That is all.

I find any description of a piece of tech that uses the term "build quality" to be instantly suspect. Unless they immediately go on to describe their rigorous and thorough examination of several thousand units to determine actual data about the item, they are basically just saying "it felt good in my hand" which tells

I am such a huge Hyena fan! Please continue with awesome Hyena posts. Thanks.

I don't think I quite agree with you. I believe the show is doing a fantastic job of showing styles and schools reacting and changing over time. You may see this as the old style's fading away but I see it as the more open nature of the world post-Aang naturally causing change. I wouldn't say anything is fading away,

I think I have noticed a lot of different trends with the Bending last season. At one point the Water Tribe twins are bending ice in what looks like the Earth style, stomp the ground ice flys up then punch to shoot it. I also wonder if the other Lavebender is a child of the Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom like Bolin is.

I would wear a tech gauntlet... in fact I have always wanted precisely that. Is that bad?

Penny-arcade has a yearly dickerdoodle competition which also features vagina-snaps, if you truly want a picture of vagina cookies. :)

Taking bets now that the female part they oft mentioned for season 2 turns out to be shoe-horned in like no ones business.

Does anyone know if this uses a class based system? He seems to indicate point buy systems as bogging down speed so I would assume it uses something similar to classes.

I would say they are vastly different systems with different goals. Champions is super crunchy with tiny rules for a million different possibilities, this is stream lined with a focus on storytelling. So depending on what you are looking for it could be way worse or way better.

I would love to be followed.

It wasn't even a full comic, but really just a pitch for a possible side project from Penny Arcade. I still want to throw my money at them.

Breaking news! Air is the next big breathable!
