There is no clear evidence of an accident. This article states that a mirror was struck. That is not clear in the video. He may have made a gesture. Even if he did punch the mirror, or tap the window, does that classify as an accident? It’s not a collision of two vehicles.

Ideally, it’s a full screen HUD with gesture control, but I’d be surprised if that’s doable at that price point. So maybe a smaller HUD and gesture control. Add a few key buttons/knobs to the steering wheel and we’re good to go.
