Jesus Christ almighty, send it by express mail with a guaranteed delivery date and delivery confirmation. Also, fuck the administration for creating this life-or-death “papers, please” dilemma in the first place. Also, file an administrative appeal to excuse the late filing — most agencies allow for a petition to

This assumes decisions are made solely on costs. Ricketts disappearing DNAinfo and Gothamist had little to do with the cost of archiving.

Racists motherfuckers mishandling paper work on purpose to get legitamate US citizens deported? Who did not see this coming a mile away?

I’d say Catholicism is the most egregious since their priests are still molesting children.

“My hair smells like jaundice.”

Elaborate. Where in our Constitution does it say we can’t tax Churches? That is not establishing a state religion, it is simply taxing a for-profit business (or you know... a cult that scams hundreds of millions of Americans and costs us $71b in tax revenue a year).

After Tuesday’s Dem electoral gains all across the country, they should have been doing that anyway.

I love how Bannon has created a total pig fuck of a situation in Alabama for the Senate GOP.

If I were the Dems I would throw Doug Jones a shit ton of money and link every Republican, Senate and otherwise, to Roy Moore.

Anyone who is not a US Citizen would tell you Americans (period) are cultish.

What if Scientology becomes the only organization able to dig up dirt big enough to bring down Trump?

All religions are a scam and need their status revoked. Scientology is just the most egregious example of them.

I’ve been wondering that too. I wonder what they will do if there is really something damning and impeachable from the Mueller investigation. But alas, folks are saying Trumpers are a cult, and they may go as far as drinking the kool-aid.

Earmarks were banned in 2010. Bringing up the “Bridge to Nowhere” shows you’re either ignorant of that or being dishonest.

Your comment illustrates why investing in education should be a top priority. Hopefully the next time a bridge collapses in the US you’ll be driving over it.

Long term investments take long enough to show returns that the policy and the outcome can get disconnected in voters’ minds.

The issue isn’t that spending money is bad, the issue is “what do we get for that money?” Spending on healthcare, education, and infrastructure has proven, demonstrable benefits and a healthy return on investments. Spending on “let’s give rich folks some money and hope they’ll be nicer to us” has never worked out
