The best part of MIA is the food in terminal D. Post security. Everything pre-security not named Cafe Versailles is just meh.

If you’re flying United, American, or JetBlue and get stuck in the terminal for a long time, you don’t have to leave security to hop on the tram back to the main terminal and then jump over to the “airside” terminal. That doubles the food options, to include a pretty solid cuban joint, some healthy options, pizza, and

Multi-Grain is my favorite Cheerio, because of that hint of sweetness without tasting like an overly sugared cereal.

Then again, my favorite cereal of all time is Cracklin’ Oat Bran, so really, I’ve just been a curmudgeonly old man since my teens.

I attended every UCF home game from 2003 to 2007, and never did I ever think I would see a headline that mentioned anybody “toppling” UCF.

This is a weird timeline ...

Having “Sandman” on Netflix means Lucifer can show up, yes? Please?

When I lived in Dallas or Houston, the closest state line was something like 3+ hours drive away. Crossing into Oklahoma or Louisiana felt like a minor accomplishment.

When I lived in Tampa or Orlando, hell, I could drive 3 hours and just be hitting Miami traffic. Straight up 75 to Georgia was a good 6 hour drive.

So for the 98% of the Android users still on Android 9 Pie or lower, no non-Root available options yet?

Now that’s a party!

... I’ll see myself out, thanks.

BWW wedges beat the skin off their fries, every time.

Bonus points to BWW for having Caribbean Jerk that actually tastes like something I’ve had from Jamaican food trucks.

It’s been two years since work moved me away from Florida, and this post helped remind me what I miss the most.

Sunset dinners on the balcony of a restaurant in St. Pete Beach.
Streetside dining in St. Pete in the breeze.
Grabbing a Publix fried chicken box and having a picnic on the beach.
Driving down A1A in Brevard

Am I an average car buyer? I dunno ... I only look used and have come to focus primarily on Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes for the vehicles I seriously consider.

When it comes to performance, I want something that delivers power to the wheels immediately when I ask for it, so I can merge into traffic, dodge people making

This article has lots of good photos, both from distance and up close.

Today I learned that the University of Louisiana has a campus in Lafayette considered large enough to host it’s own separate athletic program.

I also learned that the football coach at that school is an overpaid ass.*

* Every NCAA coach making more than $150,000 a year is overpaid, but that’s a different argument.

I adore Nny. Somewhere around here I have the TPB of the collected works. My gothling 14 year old daughter will be inheriting it as soon as I find it.

It was accidental. Just one of those days where I was feeling incredibly parched and had a migraine rolling in while I was out and about. Grabbed a Gatorade, popped my travel meds, chased it all with a coffee, and was pain free within 30 minutes. I’ve stuck to it since, and it’s never failed. Probably something to do

Knowing an approximation of how much caffeine is too much would be helpful.

I often make coffee at home in my French Press, using freshly ground beans. I make my coffee strong. If a “standard” 8 fluid ounces cup has 65 mg of caffeine, I’m probably pushing the 120-150 range in my 12 fluid ounces I’m making at home.

What about?

I don’t think you actually made one. Like MannyBones said, it’s all Disney. If none of the content changed, and the top parent company doesn’t matter, why does the immediate parent company matter? Clearly Silver does his own thing regardless.

I have three kids in the house, ages 14, 13, and 5. They’ll undoubtedly all want to watch different content on different devices simultaneously, often while The Mrs. and I are watching something entirely different.

The need for multiple simultaneous needs is strong, and right now only Amazon and Netflix seem to support

I’ve been a regular reader of FiveThirtyEight for years and didn’t even notice the move. Nothing changed.
