The store I work in now has healthy food, so I can actually buy a healthy meal on the go. It’s helped a lot. Have been trying to cut down on meat, and don’t eat any except for at supper. It’s a start. Hard to get the protein/carb balance to manage my blood sugar (yay diabetes...) but so far so good. Then the weekend…
