Nope. Neither child would be able to consent. That doesn’t mean they would go to jail. In some cases where the child is a few years older but still young the older child can still be prosecuted.

Exactly this.  This and most of these anti-abortion fanatics aren’t pro-life.  They are pro-birth.

The problem is that most people aren’t anti-abortion fanatics. Even people I know that wouldn’t personally consider having an abortion still think it should be freely accessible for others. This is going to keep happening because the people that actually want abortion outlawed are just a vocal minority.

The fact that it’s described as “trying” to fix things is so funny to me. Like he’s just going around randomly turning wrenches and banging on things.

I like the idea of Elon Musk wandering around the Tesla factory floor trying to fix the coffee pot and typing gibberish code into a laptop the printer repair guy left behind, while the security cameras record his every move so they know who to send in and fix all his screwups the next day.

I think what she is trying to do is just this. If she has the resources now where she can force this to go to trial and not settle no matter how much money she can throw at them, this would open them up to discovery and THAT is where the church of Scientology would be screwed.
