I Love how Russian manufacturing isnt so much Innovation as it is Evolution... just take a proven old design and keep improving it! I wish more American vehicles were built that way

Wow this thing is awesome! Jeep builds some really cool stuff every year but this one really knocks it out of the park!! I didnt think they could build anything better then the “Nukeizer” from a few years ago but I was wrong! ALthough with the whole military theme this one has it is begging for a diesel swap... Since

I love builds like these! One-off concepts are neat but I love restomods!! They take the best of what’s old and mix in the best of what’s new in a sweet useable package! If this thing had a manual it would be absolutley perfect!! & I may or may not be thinking about sacraficing my little sister’s TJ to build my own...

They built FC’s in the 60s. FC-150s were built off CJ5s & FC 170s were off CJ7s IIRC. They even built a Crew Cab version for the army called an M677 and a van version. I believe the Russian versions (arnt they manufactured by UAZ?) were originally built on license from Jeep but Russia just kept building them after

It’s “Bloodmasters Bloodbath” on Youtube. The “Blood Masters” are a drifting group out of E-town

I’m at work so I can’t link youtube but the title is “Bloodmasters Bloodbath” & its a pretty awesome drifting video!

Truck drivers ARE trained to not swerve in the event of a collision but there is not a lot you can do if a steer tire gets taken out at highway speeds. This truck was traveling 65mph when a calf ran in front of him. It bent the bumper into the steer tire & shot him off the road rolling twice... it was determined that

Yeah those vans are pretty awesome. There was one at a horse farm I spent a lot of time at when I was younger, that was the first Centourion ANYTHING I had ever seen & Im pretty sure that was their bread and butter model because at the time they were way nicer then the avalible spartan crew cab trucks that people had

Yeah I see quite a few people corrected you after I did. They are super rare but they are super awesome. Most people have never seen or even heard of them. Centourion built a lot of really cool stuff and everything they did looked factory. I really want one of their Chevy half ton crew cabs from the late 90s

While I agree a Bronco should be 2 door... THAT is not an Excursion. That is an aftermarket Centourion conversion & while they used F250/F350s as a base (because those were the only ford crew cab trucks in those days) they never refered to their vehicles as “Excursions” they were “Centourion Broncos”

That’s exactly what they are planning on doing. One man driving the lead truck & the other 3 following autonomously behind it.

The reason a hummer gets only 10mpg with a diesel at 60mph is that they are geared so low that their top speed is only 65. Whereas an LMoo2 is geared to run 100mph... so it’s running at a much better crusing rpm. gearing is just as important in fuel milage as engine size & type

That bar is awesome! & iTs not too hard to find... Just Google “Antique Toy & Fire Truck Museum” like I said it’s just south of Patterson & Wheeler road.

Yeah Im familiar with all of that .I litterally moved away last year, In fact the last race I went to at Tri City was when Tony Stewart showed up a few months before the fatal crash in New York. If you havent been there I strongly urge you to go! The new owners turned it into a dirt track & the racing is excellent!

Ah okay learned something new, I never knew the name of the old plant on 13. I just always remember driving past it (because my dad only takes River Road or Bay road into Saginaw... never the highway)

As someone who grew up in Bay City & moved away last year I always imagined id go work for Delphi after high school & I distinctly remember the financial crash of 07-08 & watching our Delphi Powertrain plant shrink to less then 1/5 of the work force over the next few years.

Okay guy let’s try to break this analogy down a little more. So lets take a chevy 2500 pickup truck. You say these trucks are on the same chassis... You can get that in several different lengths. For example an extended can short bed... or a crew cab long bed. Even though the frame is longer they still share the

I think you have that backwards... EGRs have been required on gas cars since 1975 (& trucks in 79) but Diesel engines did not have EGR coolers until 2003....

Well no... but Google Silver Lake & Sleeping bear Dunes... The North-western part of the state has a lot of sand

I wouldnt consider this “Bro” anything & he did NOT “specifically modified his exhaust to roll coal” While yeah the bro’s like to tune their newer diesels to run super rich to shoot thick black smoke everywhere that is not what is happening here.
