There will always be contempt for english dubbers if they are not the original voice overs. They just almost never match the intended tone/mood/seriousness of the originals. Same can be said vice versa.

Arma 3 is extremely bad about using available GPU power. Pretty much every gaming rig will be bottlenecked by CPU.
