That does not mean broken, though. I do have a GTX 780 and a GTX 570 for PhysX and am able to run it at max 60fps 1920x1200, but still, not a good explanation of it being broken.

Actually, it was Puck that turned the game around. S4's Puck Dream Coil cancelled 3 TPs which allowed Prophet to take top barracks and Chaos Knight to take bottom.
