The proper term would be a thermonuclear bomb that is started using a fission reaction to kick off a fusion reaction within the hydrogen.

The should like, put words after the Title where they have more room to explain the play on words.
He’s making a horrible comment toward another Jalopnik writer. Sad that in 2024 there are still people who think this way.
What does this mean? What’s in Utah?
You have to agree, though, that the Ukrainians have been extremely ingenious in their approach to warfare - ya gotta work with what ya got.
The ground drone carrying the bomb was sent over a narrow, intact section of a partially destroyed bridge along Metalista Street...
So a hydrogen bomb.
You get what you pay for. Coincidentally, Jalopnik, like most of the internet, is free.
To be fair: I can’t think of a way to describe this thing that doesn’t end up sounding like a nuclear weapon.
The headline is needlessly clickbaity, but you gotta admire Ukrainian creativity and ingenuity.
Comparing this bomb to an IED, typically a couple pounds of C4 at the most, down to something as minor as a pipe bomb, qualifies under your complaint about a loaded term, especially considering how few people have been killed by H-bombs (has there ever been even one thermonuclear weapon used against people?) compared…
If the Mirai tank were full, at 5kg, the hydrogen would produce the equivalent of 316 pounds of TNT. The other 84 pounds of TNT equivalence would require 63 pounds of C4.
To Russia with love.
I suspect that they can mount a different tire, they just won’t be able to use the wheel covers then. But yes, it’s absolutely an idiotic design choice; and one that creates more problems than it solves.
Ah I’m with you now. I completely agree that producing a cover that might damage the tires is an incredible flaw.
Idiotic wheel cover design aside... am I wrong in seeing that those wheels would make it impossible to install anything other than that very specific OEM tire?
Not sure I understand what you are taking issue with here.
It’s actually kind of uncanny how similar they look.
There was shrinkage!
It was short-changed! It had just gotten back from the pool and the water was cold.
