I mean that’s patently wrong and it is completely legal in many states to exceed the speed limit while passing:

Question: what happens if the GPS confuses being on the highway with, say, being on a frontage road? I get that it can check against posted signs, but if you’re in heavy traffic, the camera might not be able to see the signs.

So, penalize people that can’t afford new cars even more? We have an ‘07 and ‘13 and neither of us drive crazy or have any real infractions, so why should I pay more for insurance just because some cars are speed capped and ours aren’t?

Depending on the set-up and how busy the gas station is I will definitely park at the pump if I don’t need gas.

Sheesh! You mention reynolds, but utterly fail to recognise that those sharp edges will detach the flow instantly, and that completely flat surfaces are bad for aerodymics. There is a reason our props (planes, rotorcraft, and boats) aren’t flat.

Flat surfaces and hard edges are bad for aerodynamics. There is no way around it. So are panel gaps. The winter is probably hurting the range but the car is also gigantic. 

It exists to prove the people who said it was a stupid idea wrong. Unfortunately, its existence provides incontrovertible evidence that it was a stupid idea.
