In the UK adult tickets are between $15 and $22 for a new release, depending on time, location and 2D/3D/IMAX. I paid like $28 for Star Wars, but that was before the pound went down after Brexit and also because it was IMAX 3D in Leicester Square, which is the old theatre district where all movies cost more.

I just don’t get these Minecraft recreations - wouldn’t it look much better made in a real game engine, or hell - even if you didn’t know how to do so, made in a modded version of The Sims or something?

STAT | $152 million - Microsoft’s gaming revenue for the quarter ended June 30, down 9% year-over-year as console hardware sales dropped by nearly a third.

Blood and Wine disappointed me, personally, in terms of the main quest. The world is beautiful and the side quests are fantastic, but the 6-7 hour main storyline (at most) is weak, has minimal real intrigue and lots of busywork. The beginning is mysterious, but as soon as you get to Night of the Long Fangs it unravels

Ultimately the people bankrolling the ESA have a lot of sway. They aren’t there in any great numbers.

How much of a future Activision has is up for debate. World of Warcraft, the most profitable single game of all time ($13bn+) and Call of Duty, the most profitable console franchise, are both in massive decline. Skylanders is doing OK, but not fantastic. Destiny was a success, but not a mega-hit. Overwatch will be

The BBC isn’t going to spend millions funding a show with no British leads.

There aren’t science fiction space ships in Dragon Age or magic demons in Deus Ex.

Actually he means “cue”.

Totally agree. But I also hate the JRPG trend of mixing fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk and any other shit they can think of together and calling it a coherent setting. Pick a genre, and stick with it. This genre-bending stuff makes no logical sense most of the time.

Actually this data is extremely flawed. Medieval Britons knew black people existed, the entirety of Europe and the Middle East had been one trading sphere for well over a thousand years at that point. There was a small community of emissaries, diplomats and traders in London and other European capitals, just as there

I hate to engage in the PC circlejerk, but it really doesn’t look that impressive compared to current-gen games played on PC at max settings.

Actually, anti-capitalists are one of the most profitable demographics there is. Overwhelmingly middle class, young, white, affluent, educated. Fantastic stuff- who made all the Guy Fawkes masks those Occupy nutters wore a few years back?

How many grams do you eat per day?

Difference is that back then if you didn’t have a job or couldn’t afford food, you died. Simple as that. Social Security is incompatible with unlimited immigration.

MMO graphics are always a little bit below the cutting edge (except for notorious graphics-heavy titles like Age of Conan in 2008) but the OP’s graphics certainly look doable.

The Shield tablet is great imho. Wonderful playing high-end PC games curled up in bed on a weekend morning and the controller is pretty decent too. If you have your gaming PC in your office and enjoy some couch/bed gaming I’d definitely recommend it.
