The problem is that E3 is run by the ESA which is like the political group for the game publishers- so all the big ones would have to agree, which if they use booth babes is obviously not going to happen.

Yes, but they cannot run games at that resolution, due to the limited graphical power of the system. Theoretically it is possible, but the GPUs aren't powerful enough.

Yes, much like the PS3 and 360 supported 1080p. Most games were 720p or 540p however.

Might grab one of these to run PC games at 4K, since let's face it next-gen consoles won't be able to do it.
